Service Procedures


CEEWA guarantees that subject to the following conditions, refund and exchange can be requested within7 :

1、working days of the purchase date (subject to actual date the product was received): No Damage to Drone and No Appearance Scratches on Drone and its accessories. However, Delivery costs should be borne by the buyer.

2、Customers should send the product, outer package, accessories, warranty card, quick start, attachments, invoice back to CEEWA.

3、Please select express instead of standard post.

4、If the product cannot be exchanged or refunded, CEEWA will verify if products complies with warranty policy. If the product is in warranty period, CEEWA will repair the product for free. If not, CEEWA will provide customers with repair quotation. Customers will be charged for diagnostic, labor, materials, repair and return delivery. If the customer decides not to move forward with the repair, the customer will be liable for payment of return delivery of their products, as well as the cost of diagnosis.

5、CEEWA will assume the delivery costs when manufacturing defects occur or product has sustained damage in transit. Please pay the delivery costs at first and send the delivery invoice with products to CEEWA. CEEWA will refund the delivery cost based on the invoice.

6、 CEEWA only accept Shunfeng Express and Yuantong Express.
